Tips Tuesday

Today will be quick but I just had to do some tips today since I have missed the last 2 weeks!

1) Need a cold pack? Freeze one part rubbing alcohol and 3 parts water in a freezer bag. The alcohol keeps it from freezing solid and it stays moldable. Really works well!

2) If you have any artificial flowers that need dusting, place them down in bag, pour in some salt, and shake vigorously. The salt will knock off the dust better than just trying to dust them with a feather duster.

3) To remove permanent marker from wood floors or solid counter tops, use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.

That's all for now. Gotta get back to packing!
Have a great day~

Love the tips, thanks for sharing! We've had problems with permanent marker at our house...aka, my little two year old brother decided to color the entire kitchen floor with them. Thank goodness for goof off...but I'll remember the rubbing alcohol trick next time!

God Bless!

Okay, I had to come back and follow. First of all, love your design. Second of all, love your blog. And third, I realize you follow me. So it's perfect. Can't wait to read more! :-)

How did I miss Tips Tuesday?! Just stopping by after laughing at your comment on my post...and yes, I get it, there are many things I can't post on mine ;)

Very excited to try the salt trick...I have an arrangement that I love, have had for years, but it's really disgusting and nothing I've tried so far has worked...looking forward to seeing how the salt does on it, thanks!
